Store cupboard vegan curry

Be prepared! Keep this little lot in the cupboard for any time you need to whip up an impressive meal without a visit to the shops!

Jackfruit 

Chickpeas (obv)

Green lentils 

2 tins Chopped toms

 

Flavour:

Crushed Garlic

Grated Ginger 

Curry paste 

Curry powder 

Turmeric 

Ground cumin 

Cayenne pepper if you like it spicy

Coriander plant

 

Freezer:

Kale

Spinach

Throw everything in the slowcooker (no pre-cooking required) serve with brown rice & quinoa ❤️
