Ultimate Winter Soup

If you’re struggling with winter bugs or if you’re just cold, EAT THIS ... Lightly fry Garlic (loads), Ginger (loads), Spring Onions, Pak Choy. Add Miso Paste and Hot Water to cover the veg. MISO = Probiotics, Protein, Zinc, Vit K & B12. Cook Buckwheat Noodles in a separate pan (make sure you rinse them in cold water once the cooking time is up) Add them to the soup with shaved Corgette, serve with loads of coriander and fresh lime juice. It is WINTER HEAVEN!!
