Veggie Chilli

❤️ Big Batch of Veggie Chilli 🌶🌶 Perfect to cook for friends on Bonfire Night plus you can freeze portions and heat up for lunch at work. Recipe: All your fav veggies or whatever is leftover in the fridge! (see next pic for mine) chop and fry with onion, 1 red chilli (or a spoon of ‘easy on the crushed chilli’ from Waitrose) and LOADS of garlic, when the vegetables are soft, add the spices.. 1 tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp ground cinnamon (and 1 tsp cayenne pepper if you like it spicy!) Then tin chopped toms & a jar of passata, 1 tin of rinsed chickpeas & 1 tin of rinsed kidney beans. Serve with brown rice or quinoa and coriander
