Please be kind at the gym in January!! Remember you were once in that position of being a newbie. If someone looks nervous, lost or apprehensive at your gym or your class, smile at them and make them feel welcome. If someone is having trouble working a piece of equipment, go over and offer to help them. Being kind to a beginner can have a huge positive impact on their health and fitness journey and could mean the difference between them giving up at the end of January or keeping it going and being fit and healthy for life. So, if you’re an experienced gym or class goer, make sure you take the opportunity in January help someone else reach their goals ✌🏼
